Position Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, servicing, and upgrading electrical systems. This role combines on-site work in Phoenix with the flexibility of remote tasks, allowing you to contribute effectively to our client’s needs.

Compensation: Our client offers a competitive compensation package with a starting salary of $55,000, with additional opportunities for bonuses and overtime. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical System Management:

  • Design, install, and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform upgrades and service work on existing electrical systems as required.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment.
  • Apply knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to ensure compliance.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Conduct Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and Infrared Thermography to maintain safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA Certification requirements for electrical work.

Flexibility and Travel:

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet project demands.
  • Travel as necessary to provide on-site support.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in electrical engineering.
  • OSHA Certification for Electrical Work.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and Infrared Thermography.
  • Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and repair.
