Field Service Technician

Position Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, servicing, and upgrading electrical systems. This role combines on-site work in Phoenix with the flexibility of remote tasks, allowing you to contribute effectively to our client’s needs.
Compensation: Our client offers a competitive compensation package with a starting salary of $55,000, with additional opportunities for bonuses and overtime. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical System Management:
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform upgrades and service work on existing electrical systems as required.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment.
- Apply knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to ensure compliance.
Safety and Compliance:
- Conduct Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and Infrared Thermography to maintain safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA Certification requirements for electrical work.
Flexibility and Travel:
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet project demands.
- Travel as necessary to provide on-site support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in electrical engineering.
- OSHA Certification for Electrical Work.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and Infrared Thermography.
- Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and repair.
