Felipe Machado Mota is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at the University of Georgia.

Felipe has demonstrated both academic excellence and a strong commitment to his personal and professional development. With a minor in Sports Management and a certificate in Financial Technology, Felipe is already building a well-rounded skill set that will serve him well in our fast-paced, dynamic work environment. His impressive GPA of 3.79 and recognition through the Zell Miller Scholarship reflect his dedication and intellectual capability.

Felipe’s professional experience spans various customer-facing roles, each honing his ability to manage responsibilities, deliver exceptional service, and solve problems proactively. 

Beyond his work experience, Felipe is also a natural leader. As captain of the Milton High School Soccer Team, he demonstrated strong leadership abilities by guiding his team to success while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. His dedication to personal and team development earned him the “Most Valuable Player” award and the “Mbrace Award,” recognizing his exceptional character.

As the co-founder of the Milton Investment Club, Felipe also showcased his entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen, managing a team of 20 members and discussing stock and cryptocurrency trends—skills that will be valuable in our sales and client relationship development efforts.

Felipe is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, making him well-equipped to engage with a diverse range of clients and candidates. His technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Java, combined with his strong communication and leadership abilities, make him a valuable addition to our team. As he steps into the role of Business Solutions Consultant, Felipe’s strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively will make him a key asset in supporting recruitment efforts and client relationship development.
